Moving Numeracy:

This course uses the principles behind the Brain Gym® program to help develop numeracy skills for those who find numeracy difficult. Number concepts, multiplication tables, place value and decimals, dealing with money and telling the time are included in the program. Recipients are introduced to several of the Brain Gym movements that support the development of numeracy skills

Kinesiology 4 Numeracy:

A course to develops numeracy skills based on the principle of “Balances” which are taught in the Edu-K, Brain Gym® 101 program. Intending participants must have completed the Brain Gym® 101 course. Number concepts, multiplication table, place value and decimals, dealing with money and telling the time are included in the program. It is designed specifically to use with people of all ages who have specific difficulties in learning mathematic and understanding numeracy.

Other information about me:

Sue is an experienced teacher who has taught mathematics at all levels in primary and secondary schools in Wales (U.K.) and Australia, for over 30 years. She has combined her skills in mathematics teaching and dyslexia/dyscalculia training to develop a unique approach to teaching numeracy. She presently trains teachers, classroom assistants and parents in methods to use with recipients who have dyscalculia, dyslexia or dyspraxia. Sue also works as a private consultant.
